Like, you know, your breakup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>So let me explain how the \u201cReformat\u201d principle works.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all, the human brain isn\u2019t very good at forgetting a bad memory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To actually \u201cforget\u201d something, the brain needs one, or both, of two things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Either it needs to REPLACE it with a different memory&#8230;<\/li><li>Or it needs to replace the MEANING it attaches to that memory.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Right now, your recent breakup was a bad memory for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And you probably associate your ex \u2013 and women in general \u2013 with negative feelings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And to truly \u201cget over\u201d the breakup with your ex, your choices are clear, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Number one, you either you get into a new relationship with a new woman&#8230;<\/li><li>Or number two, you simply meet lots of new women and associate them with positive feelings. We&#8217;re talking fun and flirty interactions. You get the idea.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s why it\u2019s called \u201cReformat.\u201d It\u2019s like wiping your brain of the bad stuff and starting over with a clean slate. You&#8217;re \u201coverwriting\u201d old experiences with new ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you &#8220;Reformat&#8221; your computer, you will get rid of all the junk and start anew. Most times, you&#8217;ll get rejected, but sometimes you&#8217;ll be successful. And those few successes are supposed to make up for the rejections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, there\u2019s nothing wrong with that approach. Except that you\u2019ll end up lonely, unsatisfied, addicted to sex, or buried in lawsuits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just like, you know, how most \u201cpickup artist gurus\u201d turn out in the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So it&#8217;s not what I suggest you do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead, you use the \u201cAnti-Pickup Approach.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, your goal is NOT to sleep with the woman you\u2019re approaching. You\u2019re not \u201cpicking her up,\u201d per se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead, you\u2019re simply checking out if she\u2019s a woman who\u2019s worth spending your precious time with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagine this for a moment&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019re in a bookshop, and you spot a pretty woman by herself in the \u201cPolitics\u201d section. So you approach her and say:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cExcuse me, I know I shouldn\u2019t be asking you this, but&#8230;\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And she says: <em>\u201cHmm?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And then you say: <em>\u201c&#8230;are you a libertarian, too?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or it could be some other question or statement that fits the situation. It doesn\u2019t matter. What matters most is that you let her reply with a \u201cHmm\u201d or a \u201cYes?\u201d in the middle of your approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why? It\u2019s all because that little reply flips a switch in her mind. All of a sudden, she doesn\u2019t feel scared or skeptical about this stranger approaching her. Instead, she now feels curious about what he has to say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And it\u2019s this curiosity that will open her up to a short conversation with you. That window is all you need to see what kind of girl she is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you go along, you can then decide if she\u2019s worth your time or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After your conversation, you either thank her for her time and leave, or become friends with her. Or you can try asking her out on a date and see where it goes. It\u2019s totally up to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The point isn\u2019t to approach women to \u201cget laid\u201d or \u201cget rejected.\u201d None of that nonsense, okay?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead, you approach all the women who seem interesting to you. If she turns out to be someone you\u2019d rather not spend time with, that\u2019s fine. Thank her for her time and say goodbye. Then you move on to the next woman who interests you. Do this with as many women as you can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the \u201cAnti-Pickup Approach.\u201d And if you use it enough, you\u2019ll fill your life with new female friends, hobby buddies, business contacts, and more.
