“Fredo, my girlfriend cheated on me. What should I do?”
I’ve been asked this question more times than I can keep track.
And yet I give all my askers the same answer, and it’s the answer I’ll be sharing with you in this video.
Hey, first of all – I get it, right?
I’ve also been cheated on in the past a few times. It’s a betrayal that cuts to the core of manhood.
And yet thanks to everything I went through, I’ve learned that there are right and wrong ways to react to it.
And looking back, I can guarantee you this right now…
If you don’t know what to do after your girlfriend cheats on you, chances are you’ll veer into one of the two WRONG ways.
And you know what that means? It means an unhappy love life. Either you’ll never get into a good relationship again, or your girlfriends will keep cheating on you.
And so if your girlfriend cheated on you and you don’t know what to do, then listen closely.
Doing the right thing starts with knowing what the TWO WRONG WAYS are. And you’re about to learn all about them.

So here are the TWO WRONG WAYS to react to a cheating girlfriend.
The first WRONG WAY is to get emotional.
This includes getting angry, developing a hatred for women, believing they all can’t be trusted, and so on.
“Getting emotional” also includes falling into depression and developing a sense of self-loathing.
These are dangerous, as you’ll soon learn.
For now, here’s the SECOND wrong way: To get revenge.
This includes trying to ruin your girlfriend’s reputation in public, or cheating to get back to her, and so on.
“Getting revenge” also includes trying to hurt her by hurting the people and things she loves.
That’s dangerous, too, though it may NOT be in the way you imagine.
What do I mean?
Here’s the thing about getting emotional and getting revenge that’s so DESTRUCTIVE to your love life.
It’s because these reactions make you look and feel like the SUBMISSIVE one in the relationship. It’s like you’re the victim, or the clueless pushover, or the guy who’s such a loser his girlfriend cheated on him. You get the idea.
Now, you might be thinking: “But wait, Fredo! What are you talking about? I AM the victim! She cheated on me!”
To that, I say: “Yeah, okay, so you’re the victim. How’s that going to help you moving forward?”
Here’s a tip: It won’t help you. Not in the least. In fact, it might even HURT you in the long run.
Why? Here’s why…
In any male-female relationship, there’s a dominant partner and a submissive one.
And by Mother Nature’s design, the male is meant to be the dominant one in our species.
That means you.
I mean, we’ve seen it throughout history, right? Traditionally, men are called to be the “head of their households.” And things tend to work out when you follow Mother Nature’s rules. Responsible men tend to lead stronger, happier, longer-lasting relationships than those who aren’t.
Now, what happens when your girlfriend is more dominant than you?
Bad things, that’s what.
First of all, she’s not happy because – well, how COULD she be happy? Her boyfriend is a pushover. She’ll feel frustrated and disgusted.
Maybe you spoiled her too much.
Or maybe you treated her as an equal instead of leading the relationship like you were supposed to.
You get the idea.
So what does she do? Once she realizes her boyfriend won’t man up anytime soon, she goes out looking for a better man.
That’s how cheating happens.
And when you react by getting emotional or vengeful, what happens? You end up looking even MORE submissive. You make yourself look weaker than she is.
What happens next?
You end up internalizing the “submissive” frame. Before long, it’ll be part of your personality. It’ll show in your words, actions, and decisions. And women are experts at sensing your level of dominance – or, in your case, the lack thereof.
Yup, make no mistake. If your girlfriend cheated on you, it’s only for one of two reasons:
- Either she’s crazy and unfaithful by nature…
- Or she got frustrated by your lack of dominance and thought cheating on you was justified.
Dominance is the root of the problem.
And guess what? It’s in dominance where the solution lies, too.
I’m about to show you a technique called “Role Reversal.” It fixes the cheating problem by injecting dominance into your personality very quickly.
So let me tell you all about the Role Reversal technique, starting with a bit of backstory.
The technique was first taught to me by Derek Rake, the famous “Mind Control Attraction Coach.”
From his San Diego office, Derek teaches over 17,000 of his students around the world how to use Mind Control. He doesn’t give “pickup advice” or anything like that. Instead, he teaches men how to understand the female mind completely. Psychology, hypnosis, that kind of thing.
And the Role Reversal technique is one of his most powerful Mind Control techniques.
Here’s how it works.
First, you got to act like you’ve forgiven your girlfriend.
That means you pretend like nothing happened. Your relationship goes on like before.
In fact, you even take her on a fantastic date, as though showing her that you still love her.
And then, suddenly, you disappear for a few weeks without a word.
You say nothing about what you’re doing or where you’re going. You ignore all her calls and texts. You simply disappear, spending a few weeks doing whatever you like.
After that, you suddenly come back, again without a word. You pretend like nothing happened.
Obviously, she’s going to be livid. She’ll blow up, asking you what happened, accusing you of what she THINKS you did in those past several days.
And that’s when you drop the bomb on her. You tell her:
“I’ve never loved you more than I do now.”
And then you disappear again for another few weeks.
When you come back to her a second time, she’ll have done one of two things:
- She’ll either have broken up with you…
- Or she’ll be so in love with you that you’d think you’ve enslaved her or the like.
And that, my friend, is how the Role Reversal technique works.
It’s a mind game, for sure. And yet it gets you a favorable result, guaranteed.
If she leaves you, it means she was going to cheat on you again anyway. So you’ve saved yourself a lot of time and stress.
And if she stays with you, you can bet it’s for good this time. After all, you’ve proven without a doubt that you’re dominant. You’re the boss of you, and not her.
Pretty powerful, huh?
Now, if you think it’s too drastic, that’s because it is. Drastic times call for drastic measures, after all. And when your girlfriend cheats on you, you can bet it’s a drastic time.
At the same time, if you’d rather try something more low-key and low-risk, then I suggest another technique. This one’s called “Fractionation.”
What is it?
Think of Fractionation as the Role Reversal technique in conversation form.
You take her through the same wild emotional ups-and-downs that Role Reversal does. Only with Fractionation, you use words, not actions.
And yet the results are the same. She either leaves you or loves you for the rest of your life. You win either way.
If you’re not much of a risk-taker – and that’s okay, many men aren’t – then here’s what I got for you.
In just a moment, a link will pop up inside this video.
